Swimmer's Nutrition Page We all know how important nutrition is to everyone's daily lives. This is especially true for our children. Not only do we need to meet their body's demands for adequate nutrition to continue to grow and develop, but we also need to fuel them for the rigors of training. In this day and age of crazy diets it is crucial that we attempt to educate ourselves as to what is helpful and what is potentially harmful for our young athletes.
